Common questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product. Many listings start from 5 pieces, and each seller sets their own MOQ. You can always see the MOQ and the price tiers before adding an item to your cart.
How do group buys work?
A group buy pools orders from several buyers to reach a quantity that unlocks a lower price. If the target is reached, everyone is charged the group price. If it is not reached before the deadline, the orders are cancelled and refunded.
Can I sell under my own brand?
Yes. Through product customisation you can apply your branding, packaging and agreed product changes, then sell the finished goods as your own private-label line.
How is delivery priced?
Delivery is calculated from the seller location, your destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout. The cost is shown before you pay, and you can track the shipment from your account.
What happens if something arrives damaged?
Report it within the return window with photos and your order number. Once approved, you receive return instructions and a refund is issued after inspection. Full details are in our Return Policy.
